Sweet n' Hot provides swing dancers with a place to learn and grow as dancers through vintage swing music and innovative classes. The name Sweet n' Hot comes from the classic song by Fletcher Henderson, whose raw sound represents the original passion and spirit of swing music and dance.
As Henderson writes in his song, "...the music has got to be, sweet and hot. Got to be sweet, got to be hot."

The Big Apple Routine!We are offering the ENTIRE legendary routine The Big Apple, spending a month learning it to get it DOWN. This is a solo routine, so don't worry about needing a partner! This vintage solo routine will include Tacky Annie, Spank the Baby, Shake the Dusters, Apple... Jacks, and many other original favorites. Check out this vintage clip of the Big Apple here!
